Essential oils can be powerful tools to help enhance and deepen your yoga and meditation practices. Join us for a donation-based workshop, where we’ll show how to strengthen your intentions of yoga and meditation and prolong your desired outcomes throughout the day with the use of essential oils. We’ll begin the workshop with a brief introduction of the science behind how essential oils affect brain functioning and specifically emotions, followed by a Yin+Yasa practice that will help open your body to the reality of your chosen intention. At the closing, we’ll invite you to ask questions and sample a variety of oils. This workshop is donation-based with 50% of the donations helping to fund Balance Studios’ SPARK class with Girls, Inc.
