Beginner Acro Series

Join our incredible Acro Team Tuesday,October 16-November 6 7-9p!

This four-week series will guide beginners and novices through the foundational skills of acroyoga, focusing on proper alignment and balance with an emphasis on basing, flying and spotting so that we can all learn safely!

This is a great way to dive into the world of acro and learn the proper techniques and skills necessary to build a strong acro practice. We will explore the fundamental poses and transitions integral to acro while building strong community connections, learning to trust one another and lifting up those around us.

The series will be led by instructors in the Chattanooga Acro community who all have different backgrounds and interests when it comes to acro. We hope to share our own interests and strengths with you!

No partner or experience is necessary to attend this workshop. Anyone from any background is capable of learning acro!

You must sign up in advance or the day of the first session in order to attend the workshop. Sessions are sequential and will build on one another, so you will get the most out of attending all four sessions!
