Our mission is to provide a safe and playful community for all ability levels to explore and discover a passion for aerial arts.
Aerial Acrobatics is an exploration of balance, stretching, and dynamic movement. By using both silks and hammock you will gain strength, flexibility and confidence as you learn climbs, inversions, sequencing and fun tricks. Each 90 minute class will begin with a warm up and stretch session and conclude with a cool down stretch to ensure a safe aerial practice. Come fly with us and reach exciting new heights!
Aerial Acrobatics classes are appropriate for all levels of experience except those with heart conditions, those who should not be practicing inversions, and pregnant women.
For current Aerial Acrobatics students we are happy to announce Open Gym Times, on Wednesdays, 8:00 - 9:00pm and Thursdays, 8:30 - 9:30 pm. These times are for students to have fun and practice what they have learned in class.
What Do I Wear?
You will hang from your knees, arm-pits, and hips. We recommend form-fitting running pants, capris, or leggings with t-shirts that cover your underarms. Loose shorts or flared pants may get caught in the silks.
*Please do not wear jeans or clothing with zippers or buttons that may snag or damage you or the equipment. We request all jewelry to be removed for this reason.
Our Cancellation Policy:
Pre-registered students must cancel four hours in advance to be refunded. Late cancels (inside the four hours prior to class) or no-shows will result in the loss of the class and you will be charged as attending

Aerials at PSY have been the missing piece to both my mental and physical health. The community in the studio is encouraging, dynamic and unconditionally supportive. We cultivate goals, motivate each other, and the amount of improvement I see in myself as well as my classmates never ceases to impress me and keep me motivated. Kiah is an energetic teacher whose attention to detail and ability to assess different skill levels and keep everyone engaged makes her invaluable!
I was so excited when Peace.Strength.Yoga started their Aerial Classes. Kiah’s an incredible instructor; tending to everyone’s needs and ability levels. I have never felt so graceful and poised while learning something that I thought was out of my comfort zone. The atmosphere was relaxed and filled with laughter; it felt like we were playing instead of training. I can’t wait to get back on the silks, learn more, and continue to play.
