Join experienced yoga teacher, Stephanie Jones, and writing coach, Eleanor Cooper, for a special yoga and writing workshop that gently guides your inner voice, outward. In this workshop, we will explore gentle yoga, guided meditation and writing prompts; powerful practices that help you access your wisdom in order to make the unknown, known.
All levels of yoga and writing experience welcome. Learn techniques that you can use on your own.
For yogis: this workshop will help you hear and understand your inner voice more clearly through your body.
For writers: this workshop will unblock blocks to help you write more intuitively by integrating your body and mind.
Mindful movement quiets the agitations of the body and calms the whirlpools of the mind; which allows us to hear our still, small voice within. The inner voice holds our truth, and it constantly echos our highest wisdom back to us if we listen with caring attention.
