Partner Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle, nurturing practice which allows us to drop into a state of deep relaxation by supporting the body with props. Each restful pose is designed to relieve the effects of chronic stress. As a result, our stress and tension in the body melts away. We have a greater capacity for being more attentive, compassionate and present for ourselves and for our loved ones.
In this workshop, you and a partner (if you don’t have one, we can pair you up) will practice restorative poses, healing touch, breathing exercises, and guided meditation. We will discover how practicing with a partner leads us directly to the heart of yoga—union—by cultivating the spirit of oneness.
As Ram Dass says,
