When we have access to healthy mind-body resources, we gain the ability to reclaim our peace, transform difficult emotions, cultivate the support we need, and embody resilience. In this special 5 week series, join experienced yoga teacher, Stephanie Jones, as she guides you through intentional mind-body practices including yoga, meditational journeys, journaling, sound healing and more, to help you thrive during the stress of the holidays.
