Life’s hardships have taught me to look for more meaningful experiences and this has led me to yoga. Going against the grain of the the daily hustle this practice allows space to slow down, reflect, accept, forgive and listen to your voice within. I’m attracted to most styles of yoga for their unique qualities but find myself teaching a slow mindful practice.
In an effort to help others create a safe practice, I like to incorporate cues that guide students to healthy alignment. In September of 2015 I completed my 200-hr RYT certification from the Chattanooga Yoga School. I’m so excited to continue my journey as a student and to have the ability to share with others along the way.
