We have 65 classes at your disposal! We get it, that's a LOT of classes. So, here are some that we have made specific for beginners to our space and yoga: Each of these classes are put in order of difficulty. From just laying on the floor to more movement.

Restorative

This class is based mostly on the floor. If you are hoping to take it slow and really connect your breathe to your body, this is the class for you. Open to all leveled students, this class is more about quieting the mind with soft music, and using props to open the body.

YIN-YASANA

Great for all level Yogis. Yin Yasana is a mindful combination of Vinyasa flow and Yin Yoga. Class begins with pranayama (breath work) and the slow awakening of the muscles within the body, then continues through a beginner level vinyasa flow. The second half of class focuses on letting go and sustained holds in poses targeting hips, hamstrings and the lower back. Leave feeling balanced and restored!

HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga: (HA-THA) (HA)- Prana, Vital force (THA)- Mind, Mental Energy; This class is a traditional yoga class a structured yoga class focusing on balancing the sides the mind and body through breathwork (Pranayama), physical practice (Asana) and meditation. Stretch and strengthen your body, deepen your breath and begin your day with clarity and rejuvenation. The goal is emphasizing the importance of listening to your inner teacher, true self and creating a space to honor the collective journey.

FLOW

Great for all leveled yogi's. This class allows students to work mindfully in their practice, focusing on alignment based flow that aims to skillfully build strength, balance, and supported posture, and endurance.

This class is perfect for beginners. For 30 minutes, this combines ballet conditioning, interval cardio, Pilates, yoga and meditation to strengthen your core, lengthen your muscles, and centers your mind. This class produces visible results, impressive total-body toning and flexibility with low impact toning while maintaining the utmost safety and accessibility for all students.

This class is for all levels with modifications if needed.

PEACE.STRENGTH.BARRE

This class combines ballet conditioning, interval cardio, Pilates, yoga and meditation to strengthen your core, lengthen your muscles, and center your mind. This class produces visible results, impressive total-body toning and flexibility with low impact toning while maintaining the utmost safety and accessibility for all students.
