How does a special week of yoga, meditation and self-discovery in the highlands of Scotland sound to you? We think it sounds dreamy! Surely a must book for anyone looking to sit in session with their soul and an epic opportunity for those seeking rest, rejuvenation and a reset from within.

Welcome to this special retreat that combines yoga, meditation, passionate living and an incredible opportunity to heal. This Retreat will be offering daily yoga together with inner inquiries that supports loving and sustainable personal development.


Pricing for this adventure is as follows:

Double occupancy room | $1800 per person
Single occupancy room | $1900

A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person will hold your space!

As per our studio policy, there are 100% no refunds at any time.

Your remaining balance due is payable by
February 1st, 2020.

These rates include:

  • 6 nights and 7 days in Scotland

  • 2 healthy, nourishing meals per day

  • 2 daily yoga / shamanic sessions per day with me (except on long excursion days)

  • Transportation from Scotland airport to the airBNB (departure location TBD)

  • Transportation from the airbnb back to the airport

There are 100% no refunds as your payment is helping to fund this included adventure.

These rates exclude:

  • Your airfare to Scotland and back
  • Lodging in Scotland before or after the retreat

  • Extra food, lunch, snacks or alcohol outside of the 2 meals per day

  • Excursions and shopping money

Each morning will begin with  practice, which could be yoga or functional fitness combined with yoga. Other options will include yin or restorative yoga. We will not have a set itinerary for these practices, so that we can make adjustments to the experience based on what excursions we encountered the day before and what the group dynamic seems to need! Please note that these practices are available to ALL levels and body types!

There are numerous excursions and experiences available during our stay in the amazing Scotland!

These include:

· Culloden and Inverness Tour

· Scottish Highlands/ Island of the Skye Tour

· Castles/ Beaches/ Viking Ruins

· Small Village Exploration
